Priscilla is a Licensed Agent Broker and has been in the business for over 40 years. Her "on land" passion is horses. She is an accomplished Equestrian, specializing in Dressage. She is knowledgeable about the various equestrian properties along the Treasure Coast and enjoys assisting Buyers find the correct property on the East Coast of Florida to suit their specialized needs, as well as where to find the best services for their horses.
Priscilla, when not on land follows her other passion, sailing around the world, with her husband, John Moffitt, who is a Yacht business consultant, himself. They have sailed to 40 countries and have accumulated a great respect for Yachtsmen and their respective needs. Martin County is a boaters dream come true, with so many waterways meeting together and many protected waterways and deep water dockage. Both Joan and Priscilla are keenly aware of Martin County's best asset and are able to assist both Buyers and Sellers as to the value of their waterfront properties. Priscilla has been involved with the Library Foundation of Martin County for 8 years and is now on the executive board of the Lyric Theatre, Stuart’s local Historic Theatre.
Joan joined the ranks of those living in paradise, otherwise known as a Treasure Coast in 1991. She grew up in the metropolitan area of Washington DC where both of her parents practiced real estate. Joan spent her summers enjoying the beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina growing up and attended college in Columbia, South Carolina. Upon graduation she moved to the historic town of Charleston, hurricane Hugo relocated her to West Palm Beach in 1989. After a brief career in retail Joan put her retail knowledge and passion for golf to work as both pro shop manager and golf course administrator, before becoming a full-time real estate agent in 1997.
Joan is very involved in Relay for Life of Martin County having served on numerous committees, event co-chair and chair. She has also served and continues to serve in many capacities at the Realtor Association of the Treasure Coast including President (2017). Joan enjoys gardening on her 5 acre ranch, which she often refers to as “owning her own park”. The proud mother of her adult daughter Lauren who serves as a Naval flight officer and her son-in-law Jimmy an Air Force pilot both stationed in Washington state. Joan is looking forward to renewing her passion for golf and fishing in her spare time.
Marianne rejoined the Horsepower Team in 2018 after living and working in Okeechobee County for 7 years. She has consistently been a top, multi-million dollar producer in Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties. It is her "whatever it takes" attitude toward each transaction that has brought about her success. During her free time Marianne enjoys shooting skeet and boating the beautiful Treasure Coast waterways with her husband. As a co-owner of a Mooney airplane, Marianne is familiar with the airports and airparks located throughout the Sunshine State.
Growing up in Middleburg Virginia, Marianne was active in the Show Hunter/Jumper world and then moved on to Thoroughbred Racehorses traveling the world with them and attending Breeder’s Cup, Triple Crown and other prestigious race events. After leaving the racehorses in 1995, Marianne received her Real Estate license and has been part of the Florida real estate industry ever since. During this time, she has earned numerous awards and accolades such as the President’s Circle designations. Marianne & her husband Louis live in the Sugar Hill community in Jensen Beach with their two dogs, Lola & Maya.
